It is the third series of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, an anime spinoff video game series and OVA Triangle Heart. Strikers is set after the final events of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's.
Between the start of the series A's and the end of six years pass, and Strikers is set four years later than the end of A's. Compared to the previous series, Strikers focuses more on the battles of the group and the bureaucracy , rather than on individual rivalry and school life, featuring the first and second series, the apparent change in the context of the characters and their age.

Subaru Nakajima
A girl who uses the modern style magic Belka, and was able to achieve the witch of exam for grade B. Its intelligent device, Mach Caliber, is constituted by a pair of rollerblades . It also has an auxiliary device to the right hand Revolver Knuckle, a glove with reinforced armored cartridge system.
Teana Lanster
The Subaru teammate, has a gun-shaped device, Cross Mirage, which uses the cartridge system, and is considered non-standard like the Revolver Knuckle Subaru, nevertheless Teana does not use the magical style Belka as his partner.
Erio Mondial
A member of the Forward StarsS, a team led by Nanoha and Vita. Her call sign is Stars fourth Teana met Subaru three years before the events of the series, when both were cadets, always worked hand in hand. Her weapon is a smart device Cross Mirage, but also used a storage device.
