Kurokami Medaka, newly elected student council president of the Academy Hakoniwa, setting up a suggestions box (which will be called Medaka Box), for suggestions and proposals from students in order to improve the lives school but also requests for help of any kind, that she will endeavor to resolve 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The group soon finds himself faced with the threat of "Plan Flask", a project overseen by the dean of the institute to study than students with special abilities called "Abnormal" and groped their powers to replicate on a large scale, in order to create the perfect human being. If the goal were successful, the project would endanger the lives of students and dell'Hakoniwa to prevent this, the Student Council clashes against the Class 13, composed of Abnormal involved in the project.
Medaka Box Characters:
Medaka Kurokami
She is at the origin of the Medaka Box where all suggestions are collected and the woes of students. Medaka has the distinction of being perfect, both physically and intellectually. She devotes an unconditional love for mankind.
Zenkichi Hitoyoshi
He is the childhood friend of Medaka that will force him to join the student council at the beginning of the series. He is also good friends with his classmate, Hansode Shiranui. The young man has the feature to always wear a sweater under his uniform jersey, which earned him the derision of some students.
Kouki Akune
He was formerly a member of the judo club but will be recruited to become secretary of student council. Koki is a fan of Elvis, this is why he always wears the shirt of his uniform open until mid-term.
Mogana Kikaijima
She is part of the club swimming pool and is one of the top prospects in his field. Mogana is obsessed with money, knock it shares with his two associates of the swim club, and Yakushima Tanageshima. She is calm and thoughtful but suffers from extreme shyness.
Hansode Shiranui
