Best Student Council - Gokujo Seitokai

The stories of Gokujou Seitokai take place at the Institute Miyagami Gakuen, a school -girls led by Student Council holder of ultimate authority or simply Gokujou Student Council.

The protagonist is Rando Rino a young girl who, after the death of the mother, it is welcomed in-school thanks to the recommendation of Mr. Poppit, his pen pal.
