Nana - Osaki and Komatsu

Nana proceeds great into the difficulties and strives that we all go through and convey the emotion that goes along with them in a natural mode.

A Japanese shōjo manga of two girls, both named Nana coincidentally encounter on a carriage misstep to Tokyo. They shortly look for themselves living with each other under the same roof because of an even bigger accident. Though they share the same name and age, they differ in just about everything else. Even so, by hard practices in love and life, a strong friendship is born between them, as both Nanas grow through their troubles and difficulty to win the chances.

The two main characters, both of whom are called Nana. One comes from a small town and follows her friends and boyfriend to Tokyo with the hope of having the dream life whom she wishes for. The other comes to Tokyo with the goal of making it big with her band, Black Stones.



Nana Characters:

Nana Osaki
She is the vocalist of the punk-band Blast, which is, in fact, well known, but was really popular in her hometown. She traveled to Tokyo to become great with Blast and meet her old boyfriend who left in tears to unite the famous band Trapnest in Tokyo.

Nana Komatsu
She is a joyful, lovable and stubborn girl who needs lots of care and readily falls in love. She is on her way to Tokyo to meet her boyfriend and start a new life.

Nobuo Terashima
He is kindly and confident, but at periods, he inclines to fault the center of dialogues around him. He is the guitarist of Blast and was the only person able to befriend Nana Osaki during high school.

Shinichi Okazaki
He is the earliest member of the band and bass player of Blast. He uses black Fender Precision Bass.

Yasushi Takagi
He is a lawyer in teaching, defying his frightening figure. His beloved cigarette brand is "Black Stones", from which the band got their name. He plays percussion and is the leader of Blast.

Ren Honjo
He is extremely fashionable and his music is well-received by fans as Trapnest's guitarist. He uses white Fender Precision Bass and black Gibson Les Paul Standard.

Takumi Ichinose
He is moderately good-looking and has an honor of being a playboy. He is also the leader and bassist of Trapnest. He uses Fender Jazz Bass, whom the sunburst finish is used on.

Naoki Fujieda
He is the clueless, loud-mouthed member of his band. He is the drummer of Trapnest. He used to be the playboy of the band, cheating groupies to fund their cause, to which end is not explained.
