Love Live

The Love Live! School Idol Project is a Japanese project multimedia works of ASCII Media Works, Dengeki G's Magazine, Lantis and Sunrise. An anime produced by Sunrise and directed by Takahiko Kyogoku were issued in Japan from January 6 until March 31, 2013.The project is about a group of female students of a high school became the idol to save their school from closing. The anime was once ejected crunchyroll America's website.
The Academy Otonokizaka is about to close its doors due to lack of enrollment. This is a great shock to Honoka Kousaka who loves his school. She began to think of a way to make the school more attractive for future students.


 Honoka discovers that even his little sister, Yukiho prefers Academy UTX instead of the Academy Otonokizaka. She decides to investigate and discovers that UTX school has a lot of popularity due to its idol group A-Rise. Honoka realizes that the best way to save her school is found an idol group to own his school.


Love Live! Characters:


Honoka Kosaka
She is center member of µ's, who is a second-year student at Otonokizaka Academy, and the main character of the series. Her family works in a wagashi shop named Homura. She has a cheerful personality and she never gives up on anything. Her hobbies include swimming and collecting stickers.



Umi Sonoda
She is Honoka's classmate and childhood friend who is a member of the school's kyudo club, in which she is quite accurate. She believes Honoka is bossy and pushy, but realizes the perks of having an adventurous friend. As the daughter of a traditional family, she has expertise in kendo, koto, nagauta, calligraphy, and traditional dancing.



Kotori Minami
She is Honoka's classmate and childhood friend, who is the daughter of the Otonokizaka Academy's chairwoman, who she closely resembles. She is known for having her head in the clouds despite holding responsibility as the group's wardrobe supervisor and choreographer. She also has a really kind heart, not wanting to hurt anybody.



Niko Yazawa
She is a third-year student interested in fashion, and thus acts as the group's wardrobe supervisor alongside Kotori. She grew up admiring models. However, she is child-like in appearance, despite her age. Within the group she is a very good cook. She used to be the president of Idol Research Club, but all of her club members left one after another because of her requirements.



Eri Ayase
Sheis Otonokizaka Academy's third-year student council president, who is determined to try and save the school. She is part Russian due to her grandmother, and tends to say the Russian word 'good'. Her specialty is quilting. She has two brothers, but a sister named Arisa appears instead in the anime.



Nozomi Tojo
She is the third-year student council vice-president, and the oldest of the group. She acts as the voice of reason to Eri, to whom she is close friends with. Although she is not from that region, she speaks in Kansai dialect. Her hobby is fortune-telling, in which she always gets lucky results.



Maki Nishikino
She is a first-year honor student aiming to become a doctor like her parents. She plays the piano and sings well. She is the main composer and vocal coach of the group.



Hanayo Koizumi
She is a first-year student interested in drawing and origami. She is referred to as Kayo, an alternate reading of the kanji in her name. Also, among the main cast, she is the best at handling children. Her catchphrase is, "Please help me, God," or a variation depending on the media. She is also a shy girl who dreamed about being an idol since she was little.



Rin Hoshizora
She is a first-year student skilled in hurdling, association football, and basketball. Her closest friend is Hanayo, who is her childhood friend. Like Honoka, Rin has a cheerful personality but loses motivation easily and is a tomboy. She also has a habit of acting like a cat.
