Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3, or short- P3 is a role-play of the Japanese developer Atlus for Sony's PlayStation 2. It is the third video game Persona series, which in turn is an offshoot of the Megami Tensei-series. In addition to the game, there is also an anime, Persona: Trinity Soul.
Persona 3 and its remakes are an RPG-style Ren'ai simulation . The player takes on the role of a young man who has to explore his new surroundings and making new acquaintances. The protagonist, the player can nominate themselves, but not further classify its appearance.
In the subsequent course of the game it's all about his private life and his time with the school and request the nightly trips to the Dark Hour to manage in order to obtain enough skills. In combat, the players are like persona aside, of which there are buildable by merger, are a whole range. Of attacks such as fire or ice to physical attacks, a respective Persona be used in combat. Here, the protagonist is the only character who can unite several persona simultaneously in themselves. The other members of his group to join and after the main character and support him with new skills, can only use one persona that is set to summon. Evil thrives in the parallel world of Tartarus , into which at night transforms the school.
A teenager who was orphaned at an early age returns to the city of his childhood. Shortly after being transferred to Gekkoukan High School, he is attacked by Shadows, creatures that feed on the minds of his victims. This assault awakens his Persona inside, Orpheus, his only chance to beat these creatures of the night. He soon discovers that other students of the school also have that power. Of them learn all about the "Dark Hour" (dark time), one hour hidden separates a next day, and that adds to the world in the shadows. Everything comes to a standstill, leaving to roam all shadows. The main character joins the " Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad "(Specialized Extracurricular Executions Unit-of-missions, SEES), and with his companions, fighting the threat of the shadows, while exploring the Tartarus, a strange and giant tower full of dangers in which the school is transformed during the Dark Hour.
Persona 3 Characters:
Makoto Yuuki / Minato Arisato
In between all the characters of Persona 3, only he has the ability to summon Personas and combine them in the Velvet Room. The plot begins when Persona 3 Main Character transfers Gekkoukan school to secondary school at the beginning of his junior year. On arrival he was at boarding school, he approached the Dark Hour, then sign a contract in the Velvet Room. He was then selected to hunt Shadows and investigate the apathy syndrome (Apathy Syndrome) together members of SEES.
Junpei Iori
He is a poor student who plays the class clown in order to mask his insecurities. His chosen weapon is a two-handed sword, which he wields like a baseball bat. Junpei becomes a member of SEES near the beginning of the game.
Ken Amada
He is the youngest member of SEES other than Aigis and Koromaru, and not in school in Gekkoukan High School. He's mature nature, but sometimes it's not maturity own good. He uses a spear as a weapon in the fight due to his short stature. His Persona healing spells and light, which can sometimes be used to kill enemies instantly.
Akihiko Sanada
He is a mature captain in his school's boxing team. He worked hard to balance the grade point average along continuous training does. He is a boxer, he uses gloves and claws in battle. His Persona use magic lightning and magic-magic buff (increase the level of an individual).
Yukari Takeba
She is popular at school because of her good looks, cheerful disposition, and energetic attitude. Though outwardly friendly and extroverted, she is very careful not to let anyone get truly close to her. She constantly picks on Junpei, hides her true motives from the group, and represses a lot of anger and sorrow about her past.
Mitsuru Kirijo
She has been battling Shadows for a long time, as the unofficial leader of SEES. At the beginning of the game she avoids battle and acts as a support character, offering analysis and advice. She joins the party in combat only after the discovery of Fuuka Yamagishi, whose Persona's analysis power is much stronger.
Fuuka Yamagishi
She is able to summon her Persona for the first time, and finds that she can detect the weaknesses of the enemies. The ordeal causes her to fall unconscious for several days, after which Fuuka accepts Mitsuru's offer to join SEES, and moves into the dorm with the rest of the team
Aigis
She is introduced during SEES' summer beach vacation, where she is simultaneously the target of Mitsuru's retrieval mission and Junpei's "Operation Babe Hunt." She immediately shows an instinctual interest in protecting the Protagonist which even she cannot explain. Ikutsuki has her assigned to aid SEES, and she enrolls in Gekkoukan High to act as the Main Character's bodyguard. Later, when Ryoji transfers to Gekkoukan High, she is also instinctively suspicious and alarmed. She is an android created by the Kirijo Group.
