Momoren as Tsubomi Hanasaki
Tsubomi Hanasaki
She is remarkable as being a very natural character and one which a large proportion of the viewers will be able to empathize with. Her character grows up the most within the scope of the series, and although she never shakes off her bashfulness, she becomes noticeably more mature and comfortable with herself. Although accepting her powers and role as Pretty Cure, she is still having some trouble using all of Cure Blossom's abilities with the guidance of Chypre and Coffret, can use the attack Pink Forte Wave and, together with Cure Marine, she can use Floral Power Fortissimo.
Tomia as Erika Kurumi

She’s maybe the most comical character of the series – being the one with the stupid expressions and the least worried about the dangers and troubles of being a Precure and is probably the character which changes in the series. She can transform into Cure Marine. Her powers have not been fully revealed, but translations from commercials indicate that she controls flowers, though her Cure name might mean she has control over water or the sea.
Yuri Tsukikage
Rather of being kind and practical, she first comes across as being cold and emo. Then, as the series progresses, she becomes more and more forceful and selfish, confident in her own abilities and almost disdainful of the others. She can transform into Cure Moonlight. She is capable of fighting with martial arts and use the attack Floral Power Fortissimo, which Cure Blossom and Cure Marine can only do together, and also use it for further use than purification.
Myoudouin Itsuki
She is attractive and costumes like a male, is kind, educated, and very caring for her friends. She can transform into Cure Sunshine. She uses the Shiny Tambourine rather than the Flower Tacts and her attack is named Gold Forte Burst.
Hanasaki Kaoruko
She is the grandmother in the series and a famous botanist and owner of the Flower Shop. When she was young, she was Cure Flower. Her powers are blessed in holy light, aside for her attacks.
Dune
He symbolizes the sum total of negative emotion in the world such as hate, envy and annoyance. As a being of hate, he wishes nothing more than to inflict that upon others and make them feel what he feels.
Cobraja
His name might be a reference to the snake cobra and one of the Desert Apostles. He is always thinking that he is the most beautiful man in the universe, he often makes Snackey take pictures of him posing or draws attention to himself.
Dark Cure
She has an overpowering strength of battle that can thrash Cure Blossom and Cure Marine absolutely and strap them of Pretty Cure mode.
Kumojacky
He is artificial, and always announces himself to someone he is going to use or fight with, and never fight unfair. He's also a leader of the Tree Cadets of Sabaku.
Sasorina
Her name is gained from Sasori, meaning scorpion. She is the only female of the three managers of the Desert Apostles. She is a direct person and battles Pretty Cure with the fullest of her feelings. She attacks with her hair, which can be used like a scorpion's tail.
