The anime itself is a parody of the series The SoulTaker and gender Magical Girl . It follows the adventures of Komugi Nakahara, an idol cosplay that turns into "Magical Nurse Witch Komugi" when problems arise.
The story begins when, Ungrar, the head of the virus escapes from prison Vaccine World and heads toward the earth. The goddess Maya asks Mugi-maru, which go to earth to find a human to accept the powers of magic baton and beat Ungrar.
One day on Earth, Nakahara Komugi was working as usual. Suddenly, Mugi-maru is injured due to virus attack, and falls near Nakahara. Nakahara (who wore the nurse costume at the time) attends his wound. This gets excited and is shocked to see Nakahara healing their wounds, so he decides to give the powers and explain your mission to defeat the destructive virus.
Nurse Witch Komugi Characters:
Komugi Nakahara
The main character, a girl of 17 years who practices cosplay, and transforms into Nurse Witch Komugi. She works for an arts agency called Kiri Pro, where he works as an actress and aide . She is very hyper and even silly, and usually has trouble with his bosses.
Koyori Kokubunji
She is a friend of Komugi and works with her as a model and cosplayer. However, from time to time, Koyori loses consciousness and becomes a 'Magical Maid Koyori' evil personality. Koyori then infect innocent people with viruses

A famous singer, working for a rival company Kiri Pro. In Soultaker , he was the protagonist of the series.
Yui Kirihara
Miss Yui is the president of Kiri Pro. She often scolds Komugi when she puts the bazaar. She is 29 years old, and was a famous idol who fell in love with the president another talent agency, Mr. Richard. Everything was going well for her, until Richard announced to the press that he loved Miss Yui manager the same day that she was going to say to him.
Megumi Akiba
She is the most tenacious rival Komugi. Megumi, unlike Komugi has more sex appeal, and she regularly annoys Komugi about his little chest, in which case Komugi retorts by insulting his strong chest. Megumi is photogenic, although it is also an interest in acting.
Runa Tokisaka
