Kirari Tsukishima is a girl who obsesses with food until one day, she encounters a good-looking and moderate boy named Seiji, who gives her a coupon to a SHIPS (a popular idol group) concert to show his thankfulness for her saving his pet.

Kirari, after becoming an idol, suited very popular because of her joyful & positive personality. She grew into very good friends with the SHIPS, all the time, thought she was in love with Seiji. However, as time passes by, she recognizes that it was Hiroto, who helped her in so many ways more than Seiji could. In the Kirarin Revolution STAGE 3, MilkyWay was form, as all girls lend voice to characters in the series.

Kirari Tsukishima
She is awkward, immoderately trusting of others, and lacks common sense. She enjoys helping her friends and is willing to do anything to help them. She is also extremely decided when she does something and delights in food. Her pet is a cat named Naa-san.

Seiji Hiwatari
He is easygoing and says extremely heartening words to Kirari. He is greatly rich and member of SHIPS. His parents oppose with him being an idol.

Hiroto Kazama
He is outstanding at doing chores and also member of SHIPS. He is jealous of the new coming male idol. He is brutally truthful with Kirari and even calls her stupid, but he is usually the one who ends up helping her in difficult situations.

Noel Yukino
She is a greatly sporty girl and delights in playing sports and tomboyish girl. She is a member of Milky Way.

Kobeni Hanasaki
She is generally viewed with a crystal ball. She normally wears glasses. She is a member of Milky Way. Nevertheless, she takes off her glasses when she is carrying out on stage with the other members of Milky Way, Kirari and Noel.
