Cosplay activities in the Philippines was first popularized in toycon event, But this year cosplay activities becomes to hyper active which make cosplay events every week or a month at different malls and gigs. Due to insisting public demand Philippines Local television TV5 also contest for COSTUBE.

Yes it is Bigger, because the event was sponsored by as usual toycon sponsor plus media partner plus a popular anime local tv which is TV5 and animax on CABLE.
Better, because of the TV5 COSTUBE contest, There's lot to choose from. Too many Anime Characters participates on the contest.
