Philippine Comics Legacy
Do you believe that Philippines Comics has its own legacy? Well check this out.
Based on Gerry Alanguilan, Comics in the Philippines has had a rich history, tracing its root way back to the late 1800's when the national hero Jose Rizal created what would be the very first Filipino made a comic strip, "The Monkey and the Tortoise”.
Drawing by Our National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal found on National Library treasure vault, shared by Ambeth R. Ocampo, which is a public historian.
